Registrations of Interest are sought from civil contractors to construct the relevant foundation structures, access and service connection to support the installation of satellite dishes at the Auckland RNZAF Base, Whenuapai.

The scope of the project includes: site preparation and excavation, construction of the fencing, foundations, pads, earthing, service ducts for power and data cables, supply and installation of power cable, alarm and security lighting, plumbing services, drainage, paved areas and site works.

Contractors who wish to submit registering their interest, are required to provide non-prices attributes on, Company Profile, Major Customers and Relevant Projects, as detailed in the ROI documentation attached to this notice. For those interested, a site visit can be made with prior arrangement with NZDF to meet at the main security gate of RNZAF Base Auckland, Whenuapai.

Request for Tenders (RFT) will be sent to all shortlisted successful Contractors in September 2017 for submission of methodology and schedule of prices. The proposed physical works are scheduled to be complete by the end of April 2018.

The electronic copy of the completed ROI should be submitted to the Address above, marked: “Registration of Interest for the Whenuapai Satellite Communications Anchor Station 2016 Project (SATCOM) - Contract No. CON_13682 in the subject area or in a sealed envelope for the tender box delivery option.

ROI shall close at 17.00 hours on the Thursday 17th August 2017 at Opus International Consultants Limited, Auckland.
