Overview
Babcock NZ Ltd is seeking proposals from commercial dive suppliers to provide inwater hull, fittings, and biofouling inspections, and cleaning of the Royal New Zealand Navy vessels. These services are essential to ensure the RNZN are compliant with all New Zealand’s marine environmental protection legislation and requirements, as well as international requirements, so they are ready for deployment when required. Services are also required for all placement of vessels coming into the Dry Dock and Lloyds Register Surveys. It is intended that these services be provided at the Devonport Naval Base, however a national and international capability would be advantageous.
