Registrations of Interest are invited from Main Contractors for all works associated with the SSTS Building Leak Remediation Project-Stage 2at Devonport Naval Base, Auckland.

The SSTS Building Leak Remediation Project -Stage 2; consists of the replacement of cladding to three first floor elevations of the RNZN Sea Survival Training Squadron Building at Ngataringa Bay.

Construction of the new facilities consists of:
a. Demolition of existing stucco and wall cladding and removal of window joinery for reuse.
b. Reinstatement of above with new wall claddings and roof eaves extension.
c. Minor services alterations as necessary.

This tender has been completed.
