Suitable Contractors are asked to provide Registrations of Interest (ROI) for the physical works to replace the approximately 50 existing fan coil units and associated controls in this approximately 2,000m2 two storey building.

The building is operational and is located within RNZAF Base Auckland. It is expected that the works will take place towards the end of 2016 / early 2017. This fan coil replacement is stage two of the HVAC upgrade, Stage one, which has already been completed, was to replace the chiller and the chilled water reticulation pipework.

This tender has been completed.
