The Vincent Block Accommodation project consists of the replacement of the existing Vincent Block with a new two-storied, 36-bed facility. The project will be delivered over the next 6 months, with expectation that the building work will be complete by March 2017.

Construction of the new facilities consists of:
a. 36 bedrooms in clusters of 6 independent rooms over two floors
b. Associated ablutions and lounge facilities for each cluster
c. Storage facilities and laundries to each floor.
d. Site works such as landscaping, planting, pathways and associated car parking (26 cars) including two accessible parking bays, space for motorcycles and cycles.
e. Building services plant rooms.
f. Demolition and removal of existing facility including management of any asbestos materials.
