The New Zealand Defence Force is seeking a suitably qualified main contractor of construction works, for the construction of the RNZAF Base Whenuapai new Medical Centre – Stage 1 AMU (Aviation Medicine Unit). The Stage 1 AMU Development is a facility for the training in Aviation Medicine and will also house their existing hypobaric chamber.

Construction is anticipated for December 2015 with completion in July 2016.

This procurement will be a two stage process, including this initial ROI, from which selected suppliers will be invited to a tender. This tender will be evaluated on price and non-price attributes.
