New Zealand Customs Service is seeking a supplier to provide high-quality endoscope/video inspection camera systems to support border inspection activities. The solution must enable officers to effectively inspect difficult-to-access and concealed areas within containers and other cargo environments, including door cavities, floor spaces and structural compartments. Customs is looking for equipment that provides clear and reliable imaging, is robust and practical for operational use, and supports efficient and targeted inspections. The supplier will also need to provide appropriate warranty, technical support, training and ongoing servicing arrangements. Customs anticipates the potential purchase of units for deployment across Auckland and regional operational locations.
