New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) intends to go to market to invite proposals from suitably qualified vendors who can provide a supported, secure and scalable cost-modelling system to support Customs activity-based costing, cost recovery, levy-setting and the provision of financial advice.

This procurement offers suppliers an opportunity to support Customs by delivering a high-quality solution that achieves meaningful operational outcomes, provides whole-of-life value, and establishes a long-term partnership with Customs. Suppliers will also have the opportunity to demonstrate public value through quality service delivery, reliability, and contributions to New Zealand’s economic benefit.
