Customs wish to procure Enhancing Intelligence Analysis/Open Source Intelligence solutions that will facilitate the maturing of its intelligence, investigation and support functions. Suppliers will be required to have significant experience in developing and implementing solutions that collect and exploit intelligence data. Suppliers may respond to either, or both, of the solutions sought.
