The main purpose of the New Zealand Customs Service is to stop any possible dangers, hazards and threats entering New Zealand and in order to do so; we have to ensure that we have the right people with the right skills in the right place and time.
NZ Customs Service currently is using an in house built rostering tool (20 years old) to roster its staff. The current tool needs to be modernised and be capable to serve the wider business.
We are looking for a solution to provide a new centralised rostering tool that will fulfil our user’s needs and has the ability to integrate with the current applications used by the organisation.
This tender has been completed.
Further information:
On the 14th July 2016 the New Zealand Customs Service awarded a contract for the provision of a Workforce Management System. This contract was awarded to Kronos for a term of 1 year. Price band: $500k-$1mil.
