We are looking to source a Tablet device for our Donors to complete a Self-Administered Health History (S.A.H.H.) questionnaire when attending a donor centre to donate Blood or Plasma. We require an end-to-end solution to provide, configure and manage mobile tablet style devices, to provide our donors with a way to complete the web-based version of our Donor Questionnaire. These are required at both static donor centres and at mobile drives which can be set up anywhere around the country.
