The New Zealand Aid Programme, acting for and on behalf of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is supporting The Government of the Cook Islands in seeking through the MFEM and Ministry of Marine Resources, a suitably qualified company or individual to submit a tender for the provision of project management oversight for planning and the implementation of the Manihiki Lagoon Clean Up, the final phase to this three year Pearl Revitalisation Project.
