The New Zealand Aid Programme, acting for and on behalf of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is supporting The Government of the Cook Islands in seeking through its Ministry of Education (MOE), a suitably qualified company or individual to submit a tender for the provision of Technical Assistance to provide services for the Development of Models and Recommendations on Medium Term Infrastructure Plans for the Education Sector in the Cook Islands.
