The safe movement of people and equipment to and from Antarctica, and On-Ice operations, requires significant planning and logistical support. Currently, this planning and support is completed mostly through the existing 6 year old bespoke event management system EMPEROR. For a variety of reasons, EMPEROR is coming to the end of its functional life at Antarctica New Zealand.
The Objective of this procurement to secure a Vendor who will provide and support the implementation of an integrated event management system by July 2019, a project we have titled EMPEROR 2.0
