NorthTec customers are its students and we require the services of a cleaning provider who will understand how important our students are and who will go the extra mile to ensure our students have a clean, safe environment to learn in.
Within this request you will find schedules for all of our campuses. The schedules provide you with the minimum service standards required.
We welcome respondents to provide back to us as part of your proposal innovations that may improve, enhance services and / or provide cost savings whilst not adversely affecting cleaning outcomes.
The proposal will need to include cost of service based on schedules provided and a breakdown of cost of refill products.
