The objective of the project is to develop a purpose-built Multi-Agency Emergency Coordination Centre (MACC) at 12 Mansfield Terrace, Whangarei for the following agencies:
• Fire and Emergency New Zealand
• Northland Regional Council
• Whangarei District Council

The facility is intended to significantly enhance Northland’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergency events, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of its communities through improved inter-agency coordination and resilience. To enable the future development, demolition services are required to safely remove the existing buildings, structures, services and associated infrastructure within the project boundary and prepare the site for future construction works at 12 Mansfield Terrace, Whangarei. A more detailed Scope-of-Works Document is provided as part of the tender package. Services required include:

• Services disconnection / Coordination

• Site Readiness
