If submitting a quote, please read the attached RFQ and the other attachments, then fill out the attached RFQ Response Form and submit it with your quote and other relevant documents. Please be aware, appendix 1 & 2 do not need to be filled out and supplied with your quote, rather they're are just examples of what the winning supplier will need to supply before works commence.

No Winner This RFQ, as issued, instructed suppliers to submit their quotes by email. Three responses were received by email in accordance with these instructions. One supplier submitted a response through the GETS portal. For clarity, the supplier who submitted via GETS was not disqualified. Their submission was evaluated alongside all email‑submitted responses, and all four submissions were given full and fair consideration. The mixed submission methods resulted from an administrative oversight, where the RFQ’s submission instructions were not updated to reflect the intended use of GETS for receiving responses. All suppliers had equal access to the RFQ document and all submissions received before the deadline were evaluated fairly and consistently. Because the successful supplier did not submit via GETS, the GETS system has been closed using the “No Winning Response” option.
