The Kaipara Service Centre is a 2-storey office building designed to provide quality office space to both the Northland Regional Council and the Kaipara District Council. This building will be located on the corner of Station Road and Hokianga Road in Dargaville. The Principle is looking for registrations of interest from suitable main contractors to undertake the construction of this building including demolition of existing buildings. The project is resource consented and is currently in the detailed design phase. The project is due to be lodged for building consent in early April 2020 with construction set to begin May 2020.
