Overview

This project would involve using the existing methods of data collection of IRIS mobile/Arc collector and uploading the information to a web platform (portal) where biosecurity practitioners, key stakeholders and members of the public can view restricted data from the vessel hull surveillance programme using a unique ID. The information captured for the website would be marine pests present, hull biofouling, images and documents, vessel details/specifications.

This project is high priority and essential to the operational plan key objectives for the marine biosecurity programme and is required by June 2019.

Objectives:
1) Create a portal to distribute data from an existing dataset to users/stakeholders.
2) The portal will have different levels of security depending on the user/stakeholder.
3) Users/stakeholders will be able to upload data correlating to the existing dataset into the portal which will in turn update the existing dataset.
4) Maintain and service portal.
