Overview

Northland's infrastructure development is pivotal for its economic growth and integration with national and global markets. We need a clear, actionable, overarching infrastructure plan to guide development and sequencing.
This plan will encompass critical sectors including roads, rail, energy, aviation, tourism infrastructure, port expansion, water, and other essential services identified through public information.

This is a unique enabling opportunity for the region, where infrastructure is strategically positioned to unlock sustainable economic growth and community wellbeing.

Northland Inc is seeking the services of an experienced Infrastructure Consultant with strong familiarity with the Northland region, to facilitate the development of a Northland Regional Infrastructure Plan. The Consultant will have strategic planning/formulation expertise linking infrastructure development to economic cultural and social outcomes.
The Plan will articulate a 30-year vision for infrastructure that enables an innovative, progressive, and growing economy, empowers Northland to reach its full economic potential, and embeds environmental foundations.
