This is an invitation for commercial cleaning companies to register their interest in a National Cleaning Contract and a potential opportunity for a syndicated contract for the Crown Research Institute (CRI) Group to participate in.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced cleaning company capable of consistently delivering high quality services to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our office spaces, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and visitors.

There are 10 office spaces that vary in size and are located from Whangarei to Dunedin, with main offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch.
