Overview

The All of Government, National Crisis Management Centre (NCMC) is moving to a fit-for-purpose new facility within a new building in Wellington, New Zealand at the end of 2026.
The National Crisis Management Centre is a strategic national asset that provides a centralised facility that brings together government and non-government agencies to respond to national crisis and emergency events

NEMA is looking for New Zealand Audio Visual suppliers to provide innovative and comprehensive technology solutions for the new NCMC. We wish to appoint a lead provider who can supply detailed solution designs, supply, installation and commissioning of audio-visual hardware, systems training, a defect liability period and proposals for a support agreement for up to 5 years, which covers all of the NCMC’s audio-visual technology requirements.

NEMA is looking for audio visual suppliers who can provide the following:
• Innovative, scalable and comprehensive technology solutions
• Experience in deploying solutions of similar scale and complexity
• Dedicated project team with the experience and depth to Deliver in full on Time in Spec (DIFOTIS).
• Fit-for-purpose support arrangements
• Broader outcomes for the industry

The National Crisis Management Centre’s move to new facilities is a one in 25-year opportunity to create a modern fit-for-future emergency management facility that enables effective, efficient and coordinated All of Government responses to national crisis and emergency events.
