Overview
Te Whatu Ora, Te Tai Tokerau / the Northern Region of Health NZ (the Buyer) requires a contractor to undertake an exterior paint and cleaning maintenance program for the Kaitaia, Kawakawa and Whangarei Hospitals.
This program will span ten years; and the forecast budget is in the region of $10M. It aims to ensure that all the buildings at all three hospital campuses are regularly washed and painted; and the paint finish is continuously maintained.
The contractor will also be required to provide all access systems (Scaffolding, Elevated Work Platforms, etc) and maintain a robust and transparent H&S system. Every building is to have a complete repaint during the ten-year program and a regular wash and touch-up program for the other years.
