Te Whatu Ora, Te Tai Tokerau / the Northern Region of Health NZ (the Buyer) requires a contractor to undertake civil construction works to upgrade roads and infrastructure at the Bay of Island Hospital at Kawakawa. The project includes a combination of new and upgrades to existing roads and pedestrian walkways, including related groundworks, signage, road markings and other site services.

The nature of the project is primarily external civil works with a small amount of site services spanning across the Hospital grounds (ref. attached concept plans).
