Overview
Northland District Health Board is looking to review SMP 9 and develop SMP 10 for the Whangarei Hospital Campus.
NDHB is currently zoned as residential and is looking to undertake a plan change to enable the future redevelopment.
NDHB is looking for credible providers who have the capability and experience to deliver on the above.
