Napier City Council (NCC), have committed through their Long Term Plan and Annual Plan/s to large, complex and diverse programmes of work to maintain and improve various asset bases.

To assist in the delivery of these work programmes, NCC are seeking support from experienced, skilled and scalable Professional Services consultancies to provide a broad range of Professional Services. This panel is to cover Urban Infrastructure: Open Spaces, Community Facilities and Transport

The panel will deliver the bulk of professional services at NCC. We are looking for collaborative partners with the breadth of skills and experience and the scalability to deliver these requirements.

This is a second stage Request for Proposal in a closed shortlist.
