This RFT relates to the engagement of a competent Contractor to undertake the following Scope of Works:
• Three rugby fields comprising one game field and two training fields, associated drainage and irrigation connecting to existing assets.
The project is part of the wider Park Island Northern Sports Hub which includes the development of facilities, fields and services for Napier Pirates Rugby and Sports Club (but not exclusively), which includes clubrooms and changing rooms and is adjacent to Parklands Residential Estate (Area 4) and HBRU facilities.

c. In summary, the Scope of Work includes:
• Construction of Three rugby fields.
• Associated drainage and irrigation works, and fencing.
• Working with the Principal and its appointed consultants to prepare sports fields for playing Winter 2026.

d. The contracted works delivered will include, but are not limited to:
• Park Island Northern Sports Hub, with site access via Parklands Area 4 Access, Orotu Drive/Pacific Avenue roundabout intersection, Napier 4112.
• Supply of topsoil and subsoil material.
