Overview
This procurement relates to the removal, relocation or demolition of existing residential buildings and full site clearance at 128 and 130 Te Awa Avenue, Napier, to prepare for new construction as part of the IAF – Te Awa Pumpstation project.
The master programme requires the site to be cleared by 20th December 2025, so enabling works can begin in early 2026.
