Napier City Council is advancing with the development of a residential subdivision known as Parklands. We are now looking for a landscape contractor to complete the remaining Stages of the development. These works will be broken into three Separable Portions:

• SP1- Area 3 Stages 8,9,10 are complete and landscaping can commence
• SP2 - Area 3, Stage 12 is about to commence civil works with earthworks and detailed design complete.
• SP3 – Area 4, the final Area in the development, is in the earthworks stage and likely to be complete end of August 2025. Future civil and landscape works will commence in stages as design and consent are approved.

This RFT relates to the engagement of a competent Contractor to undertake the following:
• Construction of streetscape landscape elements including tree pits, planting beds, and associated soil works for Stages 8, 9, 10 & 12.
• Associated works including supply and installation of trees, shrubs, mulch, fertiliser, and 24-month maintenance and establishment period.
• Working with the Principal and its appointed consultants to ensure compliance with NCC Code of Practice, NZS 4404, and coordination of inspections, reporting, and practical completion processes.
