This RFP relates to the engagement of a competent Consultant with New Zealand presence who have the capability and experience to successfully deliver a Human Resource Information system (HRIS) for Napier City Council and its wide range of facilities in Napier.

The project seeks to procure a “best-of-breed” Human Resource Information System (HRIS) that will optimise HR practices, enhance employee engagement, and achieve strategic business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work with Napier City Council and its broad range of facilities. This will improve efficiency, enable accurate data quality with reduced risk of compliance errors, and contribute to improved staff engagement, therefore providing better value to the Napier community. An ongoing relationship with the vendor is important to Napier City Council so that a mutual working partnership is established.

A new HRIS will provide the following benefits across Council:
