Napier City Council is advancing with the development of a residential subdivision known as Parklands.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced main contractor with the resources available to undertake civil and servicing works associated with Stage 12. This will include:
1. Earthworks
2. 3 Waters servicing
3. Road formation
4. Installation of utilities
5. Road marking.

You you have been selected to join the shortlist to submit an RFT for Area 3 Stage 12.
