Overview

Napier City Council is in the process of procuring a main contractor for consenting, design and construction of the replacement wastewater outfall at Awatoto.

We are also looking to bolster the project team’s technical expertise with a Principal Advisor who will:
1. provide input into contract development and negotiation
2. peer review technical reports
3. advise on total cost of ownership
4. provide technical input into resolving construction challenges
5. assist the Council in client-side analysis of differing construction methodologies.

We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have experience related to large-scale marine discharge infrastructure, environmental consenting in coastal environments, and stakeholder engagement with iwi and affected communities.
