This RFP relates to the engagement of a competent Consultant to provide professional services for a Citizen’s Assembly for Napier City Council.
The scope of services includes designing the structure, timeline, and goals of the assembly to ensure the outcomes will effectively inform the LTP 27-37 decision-making process. Develop assembly question based off information provided by Napier City Council. Determine the size and composition of the assembly to ensure accurate representation of the Napier community. Develop and finalise a detailed agenda, including topics for discussion, expert speakers and activities to facilitate conversation and decision-making and coordinate facilitators and expert speakers.
