This RFP relates to the engagement of a competent Consultant to provide the following Scope of Services, Evaluation Panel Member to join the Napier City Council Housing Divestment Project Team in the capacity as an Evaluation Panel Member.
b. In alignment with Napier City Council’s Housing Strategy and Future Direction of Housing for Napier City, the Evaluation Panel Member will provide independent advice on the two-step procurement strategy, being Expression of Interest (“EOI”) and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for both decisions made by Council as follows:
c. Chair the evaluation panel.
d. Work with the Project Team to develop the evaluation criteria.
e. Upon receipt of the EOI’s and RFP’s Chair and participate in evaluation panel noting this will involve multiple evaluations
