Napier City Council advises the following are some key dates to consider when publishing tenders over the Christmas period - 2024 / 2025.

• Last date for tenders closing is Friday 13th December 2024
• Last date to advertise (upload) tenders is Friday 13th December 2024

• First date for tenders closing is Monday 13 January 2025
• First date for advertising new tenders in 2025 is Monday 6 January 2025 - provided you are available for processing / and managing communications during this time.

If work is tendered over the Christmas period, the minimum tender period must be extended to take into account Monday 23 December 2024 - Friday 3 January 2025, as many businesses are closed over the festive period.
