This notification is to inform potential suppliers that a Registration of Interest (ROI) for Information for a Chlorine Free Drinking Water Review is being advertised on the Napier City Council Tenderlink portal.

The ROI is to shortlist consultants that are capable of completing a review to compare:

1. Maintaining Napier City Council’s current planned service delivery, with residual Chlorine disinfection as the main safety barrier, and implementing the new Water Master Plan framework or
2. Developing options for a chlorine free network that the NZ Ministry of Health will approve as an appropriate alternative.

The ROI will explore your organisation’s capability and track record, we’d like to see examples of where your organisation has delivered this work in practice. We’d also like to know about the team that you are proposing to complete the review and their experience and skills capabilities. Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal which will investigate how you will deliver the review and explore the proposed methodology and resources in more detail. A breakdown of pricing will also be required at this stage.

Suppliers must register with Tenderlink to download the documentation and will be required to submit their electronic responses, and any questions through the Tenderlink website. The Tenderlink site provides guidance on how to register and submit your response, respondents are encouraged to review this information. Please DO NOT submit responses or questions through GETS.
