The Request for Information for an Enterprise Asset Management Solution is being advertised on the Napier City Council Tenderlink portal.

Napier City Council (NCC) is developing a roadmap and business case for Digital Transformation. The roadmap comprises four streams of work: Labour (HRIS including time-sheeting, rostering and payroll), customer services and CRM (including service request and request for service), asset management (EAM), core systems (ERP including local government, finance and regulatory functions). The purpose of this RFI is to inform the NCC roadmap, business case, and budget considerations and to identify potential asset management solutions. It provides a general description of requirements and asks respondents to provide high-level information on offerings that could meet these requirements. It is anticipated that the information gained from the RFI will help with the preparation of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) in due course.
