Three Nelson City Council owned dwellings have now exceeded the allocated timeframe for relocation and subsequently demolition is required for planned infrastructure works to commence. Council also has one additional dwelling that we are seeking to have deconstructed.

This procurement (Request for Tender) relates to the works of all four properties being tendered together as one package of work.

This opportunity to tender is being offered as a closed competitive procurement to a short-list of local suppliers that we have selected from Tranch2 Deconstruction tender.
