Nelson City Council (Council) published a request for Registrations of Interest (ROI) in Council's Community Housing Portfolio on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) during August 2019.
You responded to that ROI and your response has been assessed as conforming with the requirements for that registration. We now require you to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before we release the Request for Proposals (RFP) and supporting documents to you, as the RFP includes confidential information.
The Confidentiality Agreement form is attached to this Invitation to Participate (ITP), and you are requested to complete this form and then to submit on this ITP on GETS (or alternately by email to the contact person) before the closing date.

The closing date by which the Confidentiality Agreement must be returned is:
11:00 am Monday 9 September 2019
Note that this closing date is one day later than previously indicated, to allow more time for you to return the Confidentiality Agreement.
Questions may be submitted on the ITP on GETS (or alternately by email to the contact person), before 4:00 pm on Friday 6 September 2019.
Council will issue the RFP for the Community Housing Portfolio Divestment to those participants who have completed the Confidentiality Agreement.
