Council prepares Asset and Activity Management Plans every three years, detailing the budgets and work programmes for Council assets.

These plans inform the Long Term Plan.

The next plans to be developed are to inform the 2021-31 Long Term Plan.

Condition assessments inform Council’s knowledge about the current state of the assets and the required maintenance and renewals on them.

The objectives of Property and Facilities Condition Assessments are:
(a) To generate detailed information about the condition of the Council buildings included in the list; and
(b) To record detailed information about the renewals and maintenance requirements and associated budget for Council buildings included in the list and to include this in ongoing work programmes
