This Contract involves the construction of a new architecturally designed toilet block facility with a high quality finish. The building is located in a high profile location on Bridge Street, beside the Suter Art Gallery and the Queens Gardens in Nelson. It has been designed by Jerram Tocker Barron Architects Ltd. This project involves the construction of a toilet block facility and all associated infrastructure including the provision of sewerage, water and power services required to complete and operate the building to a high standard.
