The purpose of this RFP is to receive Proposals for the delivery of the RFP Outcomes as set out in Appendix 2 – Requirements.
In October 2015 Council began using INX InControl for the recording of its health and safety events (incidents, hazards, and assurance activities).
Contractor health and safety events, and employee health and safety training are also recorded on InControl.
Over time Council has developed other uses for InControl, including the recording of employee conflicts of interest declarations and internal audit findings and actions.
All Council staff can access and enter information into InControl, and the system is administered and moderated by Council’s small health and safety team.
The objectives of the Health and Safety Information Management System RFP are:
(a) Provision of an information management system that allows for the reporting, recording and management of its health and safety data.
(b) Potentially, for the reporting, recording and management of other events such as employee conflicts of interest declarations and internal audit findings and actions.
(c) Focus on a user-friendly interface with ease of use for all Council employees.
