1. Purpose
1.1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is the selection of a party with whom Nelson City Council (Council) may negotiate an agreement for provision of a café in the Stoke Greenmeadows Community & Sports Facility.
1.2. Council invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the provision of a café based on the requirements described in Part B (Scope).
2. Background
2.1. The Stoke Greenmeadows Community & Sports Facility will be built on the corner of Songer St and Main Rd Stoke, backing onto the Greenmeadows sports fields.
