Request for Proposal
1.1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is the selection of a consultant with whom Nelson City Council (Council) may negotiate an agreement for the preparation of concept design plans and supporting documentation for the development of the Haven Precinct.
1.2. Council invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the concept design plan stage for development of the Haven Precinct.
