Overview

We are seeking a modern, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to manage student accommodation across our three campuses in New Zealand. The system will support approximately 1,367 beds in total:
• Auckland: 292 beds
• Manawatū: 683 beds
• Wellington: 392 beds
The new solution will replace our current on-premise software and must offer a modern, user-friendly interface for both students and administrative staff. It should be accessible across devices, support scalable operations, and improve the overall experience for residents and staff alike.
