Massey University (Massey) is undertaking a refurbishment of its Manawatū Library and is inviting eligible providers to submit a quotation to undertake the movement of staff workspaces, printed media and equipment associated with the library works throughout the project.
It is expected this will be over a three year duration and will involve (but not limited to):
• Moving staff and office equipment between the library and long-term decanting space at one of three locations on campus.
• Moving student furniture to decant spaces on campus.
• Transporting printed material between library and stack – packing up in library and unpacking into stack spaces directed by library staff.
• Relocating printed material, shelving and library equipment between buildings within the library to fit in with the staging of construction works. This will be at least 2 times and possibly 3 for some material.
