Massey University are seeking to appoint an Architectural and Lead Design Consultant who have the capability, experience and availability to deliver the architectural consultancy services for the refurbishment of the top two floors of the AgHort B building on the Palmerston North Campus. The provider need to have a good track record of design for similarly sized science facilities, and proven capability delivering projects of this nature and type.
The first stage of the project is the briefing stage, where the architect will provide the master plan and high level concept layout for the refurbishment, with subsequent design and construction phases to follow subject to Massey University approval.
This RFP refers to architectural services for the briefing stage (inclusive of building services advice), and architectural design and construction services for remaining phases.
