Massey University are seeking to appoint a Cost Management consultant for the School of Veterinary Science (SoVS) complex upgrade programme, located at the University’s Manawatu campus. The appointed consultant will be required to take the proposal from concept design stage through to completion of construction and handover. The initial concept designs have been completed. Architectural, structural and civil, and building services are also being appointed through separate tender processes.
