Massey University are partnering with Palmerston North City Council and Hockey Manawatū to construct a new national level hockey turf for use by the wider Palmerston North community (The Project).
Massey University is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide project management services and lead the delivery of the Project. The appointed consultant is expected to be a specialist in the market place with expertise in the planning and development of sporting facilities, and more specifically sporting/turf facilities.
