Massey University invites companies who have proven experience in the delivery of Recruitment Software to respond to this Request for Proposal.
The purpose of this RFP is to select a Recruitment Software Solution for recruiting and selecting staff, and any associated training, support and on-going maintenance services.
Massey is seeking a provider to deliver a Recruitment Software Solution (“Solution”) that:
a) Will develop alongside a rapidly changing external recruitment environment, that competes well when trying to attract high caliber staff to niche roles in an international context;
b) Provides contemporary vacancy management and promotion, candidate searching and online capability, including the functionality to incorporate social media channels;
c) Increases the range of recruitment services, for example supporting the interviews, selection and competency assessment;
d) Creates a meaningful candidate experience and supports the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines; and
e) Is functional and easy to use for all users.
